Exactly! Think about yourselves for a change, not just others! The attic can also be converted into a really great party or fitness room. It just needs to be well insulated because otherwise it can get a bit warm in summer and a bit cold in winter.
I installed a bar upstairs and set up a few fitness machines in one corner. Of course, this could also be done in the basement, but unfortunately, I don’t have one.
