Hello everyone,
My husband and I have signed the reservation for a plot of land and are currently considering which prefab house manufacturer we want to build with.
We are familiar with the test reports from Capital and Focus Money, but find the market quite opaque. It is difficult to determine which companies are, for example, premium providers and which ones could be, to put it bluntly, “budget providers.” Which manufacturers offer a good price-performance ratio?
So far, Weberhaus, Hanse Haus, Fingerhuthaus, Bien-Zenker, and Dan-Haus have caught our attention.
How did you choose your provider back then?
Quality, good service, and contract terms are very important to us, but also a good price-performance ratio. What are your experiences with Hanse Haus, Fingerhuthaus, Bien-Zenker, and Dan-Haus?
I look forward to your insights!
Best regards
Anna

The challenge for you is to read "between the lines" in the construction specification. It can be helpful to seek external advice....Because the documents often list extensively what is included in the price... but say very little about what is excluded.
And don’t be fooled: when a seller says their company includes a "good standard," what they really mean is that only the cheapest materials available from the wholesale market are included.
