ᐅ Looking for the model name and installation instructions for an ELRO door intercom system.

Hello dear forum community,

I have been looking for an installation manual for my ELRO door intercom system for some time now. Unfortunately, I cannot find a nameplate anywhere. Could someone here assist me? I have attached a picture of the unit.

Try using a search engine you trust, and you will find the manufacturer. They have a customer service hotline.

The type plate will probably be located inside the door intercom system?

First post... Well... Interestingly, there are always people who feel the need to point out search engines in a condescending way. However, my question was not about how to use search engines. But, thank you anyway.

@Flocko1: I guess you are right. The problem for me is that I need to open the housing without causing damage to fix a contact issue, which I unfortunately have not been able to do. That’s why I’m looking for instructions. Well, I’ll give it a try. If necessary, I will have to get a new one.
