ᐅ Sealing the Party Wall Between Semi-Detached Houses in the Garden

Yesterday, the porch canopies were installed on my semi-detached house. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and didn’t tile the top of the garden partition wall beforehand (for waterproofing). Now I’m wondering how to properly seal the front part of the partition wall from above afterward, since despite the canopy, the outermost 50cm (20 inches) still get wet from rain or similar. My builder did not use a waterproof cover plate to protect the wall.
I was thinking about pouring liquid waterproofing resin on it. What do you think?
P.S. Please ignore the washers, that will be fixed
