ᐅ Roof tiles damaged. Possible subsequent damage or moss growth?

Hello,

I noticed some chips on a few roof tiles (about 7 pieces), as shown in the photo.
I’m concerned that moss might grow faster there or water could penetrate more easily.
But maybe this is normal and such damage can occur during the installation?

Unfortunately, he does not want to replace it. He said it is normal for this to happen.
I find that unfortunate :-/ The scaffolding would still have been there.
