Is it possible to add a wooden cladding to an existing rendered ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System) facade? I imagine it might be challenging to attach it properly. What costs should one expect for 20 square meters (215 square feet)?
I would leave it as is. We also have this wooden feature, but it was quite expensive and always needs repainting.
Your exterior looks very bare now, which is probably why you’re considering a cozy façade design, but I would suggest adding some greenery, like plants. A climbing plant to the left of the entrance, a shrub on the right... plant containers in front of the stairs or on the landing... that makes a big difference!
