We have a boiler from Viessmann, and the entire terraced house is heated by radiators. The boiler was newly installed three years ago. The rest of the system dates back to 1995. There is a manifold for the radiators on each floor.
We plan to renovate the bathroom soon. Now we are wondering if it is possible to connect underfloor heating to the existing heating circuit once we remove the screed.
What additional information is needed to make a statement about this?

- Gas heating
- Radiators everywhere
- Additionally, underfloor heating in the bathroom and the conservatory
I don’t see any reason not to do it...
However, I would still keep a radiator installed in the bathroom itself.

But you shouldn’t just connect the pipes directly to the existing heating circuit. This would result in excessively high temperatures for the underfloor heating in the bathroom. I would recommend keeping a wall-mounted radiator as a towel warmer and connecting the underfloor heating with an RTL valve.
P.S. RTL stands for return temperature limiter.
