ᐅ Replace the outdoor water tap wrench with a knob

Hello everyone,

We have an outdoor water tap operated with a square handle. Sometimes we relocate it, and it has even fallen into the watering can a few times. Therefore, I would like to install a knob instead.

Question: Are there replacement parts that can be fitted onto the tap’s spindle, or do I need a completely new outdoor water tap?

Take a black UV-resistant cable tie and secure the device to the tap with it. Then connect it. And that's it.

Or just buy a regular faucet at the nearest hardware store for €6.

...or bond it securely with a two-component adhesive
