Hello,
I plan to renovate an apartment this winter that has been lived in for several years by a young man who occasionally used various types of cannabis here. My question: Has anyone ever renovated such an apartment or painted walls in a similar condition? Can I handle this easily with good quality paint, or will I need to use ozone treatment and remove all the wallpaper? I would be very grateful for any experiences shared. Thanks!

Step 1: I think a simple repainting should be sufficient.
Step 2: For nicotine stains, there are sealing primers, but their cost is usually considered acceptable only by landlords or property owners...
