ᐅ Recommendation for Construction Consulting / Supervision in the Munich Area

Can anyone recommend a suitable construction consultant for a project involving the purchase of a new build from a developer (semi-detached house) in the Munich area, for construction supervision (including contract review, building inspector, final inspection, and possibly price negotiation)? There are many names online, but which ones are reliable?

Finding someone to handle the services mentioned in Peter Ts.’s post will certainly not be easy.
The person providing these services (contract review, site inspection, and final acceptance, possibly price negotiation) must also assume liability or partial liability, but usually has little influence over what is presented to them.
They will either charge a corresponding fee or risk their professional existence recklessly.

Do you already have a specific project in mind?

Are there no available plots of land in the Munich area where you can plan and build your new home with the architect or structural engineer of your choice?
In such a case, you have a trusted partner by your side from the very beginning, who can also take care of everything else as needed.

we are specifically looking for someone to supervise construction and conduct inspections, as the property has already been purchased and the construction pit is essentially already in place.
