We have recently completed a driven well (8.00 m deep) and now we are wondering about the right pump to use!????

We would like to run 2-3 garden sprinklers with it. The well is located inside an infiltration shaft. Therefore, I would like to install the pump there as well. Supply lines and so on are already in place.

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions, or what should we consider when buying a pump… what features or capabilities should it have?

What is the diameter of the well?

What I don’t understand is how a well can be located inside a soakaway pit. A photo might clarify this.

Since the shaft was already there and is 4.50m (15 feet) deep, we installed the pipe there… saving the effort of drilling 4.50m (15 feet). Here’s a quick image I found online.
So basically a standard driven well with a hand pump and a branch for a submersible pump.

Open well shaft with vertical rod, green hose, and yellow watering can on grass.

Hello. Does anyone have any knowledge or tips regarding pumps?

...for testing, a Gardena domestic water pump 6000/6 inox was connected once... but it’s not really suitable... too low delivery rate

For a suction pump, this is quite deep.

Where is the water level?

For a pressure water pump, the pipe diameter is rather small. What is the internal diameter of the RDM?

It is also possible with a jet pump from a depth of 8 m (26 ft), if both pipes and the Venturi tube fit inside.

For example:
Water pump 750 W 230 V suction height 23 m (75 ft) 2520 L/h jet pump
