Hello,
I have a question regarding the attached site plan. Unfortunately, the real estate agent currently has no additional documents, and I would like to know what kind of house can be built there. According to the description, a footprint of about 9x9m (30x30 ft) is possible – however, this would only fit within the marked building area if the house could be built directly adjacent to the neighboring property. Are there any exceptions for corner plots like this, or are the setback requirements fixed? Or is it always mandatory without exception to maintain a 3m (10 ft) distance, which would limit the house width at the bottom to around 6m (20 ft)?
The neighborhood consists of a block of 10 similar houses, all roughly the same size, and all of them have about 3m (10 ft) distance between the houses and the property boundaries...
Thanks in advance!

Delicious, delightful, wonderful. Henrik, it’s simply amazing how you always come up with new ideas! Just great... So you consulted a lawyer, huh... You really should have asked one specializing in construction law 😀
Am I actually allowed to publish 'parts' of Google Maps then?? 😀 😀

As far as I’m concerned, you can post anything... it’s really such a joke here – but it fits with many other posts I’ve read here...
It seems like only people who report illegal parkers gather here...

It seems like only people who report illegal parking hang around here...These companies have embedded it using HTML/PHP code, etc., and Google earns money from that. That’s the subtle but important difference. But of course, it’s always someone else’s fault, right? Pippi Longstocking style: “I make the world the way I like it.”

Linking to a Google Maps location on a website is different from distributing or publishing map content. Google’s terms of service prohibit the latter.
There’s no need to call us stupid just because you lack knowledge about copyright. Be assured that someone who has been working with the internet for years is better informed.
When you download or scan something, you need to be aware of what you are allowed to do with the material and what you are not; otherwise, it can become very expensive.
But this should be enough for a quick guideline – your local community college probably offers a beginner’s course.
Your lawyer should probably refrain from giving you a lesson instead 😉
