ᐅ Precast wall load capacity: Is it possible to hang items on it?

I want to install a GARDENA hose reel system on a prefab house wall (Danwood Perfect 98). The house will be completed in spring 2020. The hose reel with the hose weighs about 20 kg (44 lbs). Can a wall like this withstand that weight (render, insulation, occasional wooden beam, 35 cm deep (14 inches))? Are there suitable anchors for this?
