Hello everyone,
We are currently planning a swimming pool and have run into a problem. We assumed there would be a drain somewhere in the garden, but that is not the case. Is it allowed to install a soakaway pit where the pool water can drain off?
Does anyone have information on this?

As far as I know, the pool must be connected to a drain. A soakaway would also be overwhelmed with so much water. 😱 Check with the water authority and get a plan so you know where the nearest sewer or drainage system is to connect everything.
