Hello, in our new build, a PLUGGIT system with heat recovery is planned. The building specification states it is suitable for up to 170 sqm (1830 sq ft) of living space. Coincidentally, we have exactly 170 sqm (1830 sq ft). On the Pluggit website, I found the following units that could be suitable: AP190 (for about 140 sqm / 1505 sq ft), AP310 (for about 260 sqm / 2800 sq ft), AP460 (for about 400 sqm / 4300 sq ft).
Can anyone tell me which system is likely installed for up to 170 sqm (1830 sq ft)? The 190 seems too small, while the 310 appears oversized. The price should be around €9200.
Which Pluggit unit has been installed in your projects?
Thanks in advance.

How is this actually done? Are there dampers installed?Hi,
yes, exactly. You can adjust them for each room at the distributors.
A friend of mine in AB made a science out of it (same system, almost identical house), but he is not quite satisfied.
For us: everything set to the maximum – the result is excellent.
Best regards

You can set it per room at the manifolds. Do you mean the outlets/wall valves?
No, the dampers are located (at least in our case) directly behind the fresh air outlet of the system. That means the fresh air comes from the ventilation unit, and at each branch leading to the individual rooms, there is a damper. Our installer said not to touch them.
So the entire setup is located in the utility room.
