ᐅ Plot in a New Development Area – Which One to Choose?

Dear Building Forum,

In the attached development plan, nine possible available building plots are marked with a black arrow. For the following reasons, I would prefer to choose plot number 6:
  • Located far from both access roads
  • Only one road runs directly past the building plot

Are these considerations correct? What disadvantages would this plot have, especially compared to plot number 23 or 29?

Thank you very much for any advice,
jjoschyy

Number 3, but not with the indicated house orientation – or? Otherwise, number 23 would also be my favorite.

Garage on the east, garden to the west and back... but it’s probably about a standard house, and in that case, it would be number 6.

I agree with both points.

Not mine, the slope faces north.

Does the elevation make a noticeable difference there? I see about 1m (3 feet) over approximately 50m (165 feet).

It’s not really a problem in itself, but I would prefer not to have water flowing towards the house.

On which plot? Water initially tends to infiltrate the soil before it can cause serious flooding issues in the house.
