Hello forum,

Our plot of land is 856 sqm (9209 sq ft). The floor area ratio is 0.3, and the planned house has a footprint of 116.43 sqm (1253 sq ft).

How many square meters around the house am I allowed to pave? (Driveway, paths around the house, and terrace?)

Yes, ancillary structures and pavements are secondary components and are usually allowed to be built outside the building envelope, similar to garden sheds, greenhouses, etc.
