Hello everyone,

I plan to buy the plot marked in red. So far, only parcel 153/16 has been discussed. However, I would also need to purchase parcel 153/11 to secure access, or am I mistaken?

The 153/16 is marked with a red outline. So, you can access everything through the driveway, including the access road, wastewater, and other utilities? As long as it is about three meters (10 feet) wide, trucks and fire engines can get through. That should be sufficient.

It’s not clearly visible on the map excerpt, but presumably, the 153/11 mainly serves to provide access to the 453/13 – otherwise, there probably wouldn’t be a garage marked at the upper end.

An interesting case would be 162/29. Is there a right of way for 153/16?

Between 153/11 and 156/7 there is a street. The "Pfeifenstiehl" still belongs to 153/16. Plot 153/11 is so small that it is not even shown on the plan.

There are no rights of way. Access to 162/29 is not visible on the excerpt.

The plot 153/11 is only a few centimeters wide (a few inches). But it might still be important for you. That’s why you should buy it if you have the chance.
