Hello dear experts,
I have a problem at my house (5 years old) where the paint is peeling off at the base of the entrance area (see photo). Could someone possibly explain what kind of defect this is? Is it just a cosmetic issue or do I have a serious problem here?
For your information, during the first year after the paving was done, the pavement was mistakenly sloped towards the house. As a result, rainwater collected by the wall during heavy rain. This was later corrected and no longer occurs.
I really hope there is an affordable solution to fix this. Maybe some kind of primer?
I would appreciate it if you could help me.

A dimpled membrane has already been installed. That is fine as well.
Therefore, I still recommend scrubbing the area and repainting it. If the problem reoccurs and it is not due to incorrect slope, you will likely need to lift the paving, dig a little, and check the waterproofing on the wall or the plaster below the ground level (GOK).
