ᐅ New law in Baden-Württemberg regarding heating systems

Is it true that I have to install a solar system on the roof if I want to replace our oil heating system?
If the new heating system costs €8,000, how much do I then have to invest in the photovoltaic system???

So, which is it? Solar thermal or photovoltaic? – And no, I am not aware of any such law.

However, I don’t deny that solar support can definitely make sense. Especially in summer, it’s convenient to heat water without burning oil or gas.
