Hello everyone,
we are planning our apartment and therefore also the electrical installation.
The TV will be wall-mounted in the future. For this, we will place the power outlet higher so that it is hidden behind the device and no cable is visible. The network socket is also behind it. But: HDMI needs to be routed to the devices standing below the TV. Then I have a cable again. How do you solve this problem?
Thanks and best regards

Thanks @Kayan, I didn’t know that either.
However, I think the original poster might be even more old-fashioned than I am [emoji12]
I need to check if my TV supports that.

You’re very welcome @RobsonMKK.
I had to deal with all that crap long enough before planning our house. 😱
Just google what’s required. The AV receiver obviously also needs to be compatible.
But it’s a great feature and really simplifies the whole system. 🙂

Hi, I recessed a 70mm (2.8 inches) HT pipe with a 90-degree bend at each end into the wall.

@Fandas
A pragmatic solution.

Do you also have the power outlet down low or directly behind the TV?

Just build a wall in front of it.
I solved it this way using reclaimed wood. (You can see the grooves because of my wife's Nintendo, which doesn’t belong there)

Living room with wood panel wall, flat-screen TV, and TV console.

And then illuminate it nicely from behind
