Hello!
Does anyone have suggestions on where to visit model homes, preferably in the Lower Saxony area?

We have already been to:
Langenhagen (prefabricated house showcase)
Fallingbostel (Viebrockhaus)
Celle (Haacke)
Stadthagen (Tadke)

We are interested in a classic single-family house with about 160 m² (1,722 sq ft).

We would appreciate any tips...

show home center in Braunschweig Rüningen.
There are 5 to 6 houses from various regional builders.

Just came back from Rüningen. Thanks for the tip, but I can't give a recommendation... 30-year-old houses, of which only 2 were opened up...

You can experience something similar near 21435 Stelle, Lower Saxony, close to Hamburg. Nevertheless, you can get information about Danhaus, Hanlo, Hufhaus, Haacke, and Streif Haus at model homes with fixed visiting hours.

The houses are older, some still occupied and no longer open to the public, and in some cases regional construction companies have rented space there.

I would also like to point out that regional companies are often not present in model home parks. It's worth searching the local directory online because these companies often build high-quality homes at more attractive prices.

Oh yes, in Stelle you can clearly observe the aging of houses, and perhaps also experience what you don’t want.

When, like we recently did, you enter a detached house and it already smells "musty," something has gone wrong...

Unfortunately, Stelle is often poorly maintained and simply "old," with correspondingly outdated floor plans and construction techniques; nowadays, houses are built very differently.

I was quite surprised by the inhabited show homes, especially since only commercial use is intended there – whether the large Southeast European families living there actually use them in that way is something I doubt...
