ᐅ Model Homes in the Lower Saxony Area

Hello!
Does anyone have suggestions on where to visit model homes, preferably in the Lower Saxony area?

We have already been to:
Langenhagen (prefabricated house showcase)
Fallingbostel (Viebrockhaus)
Celle (Haacke)
Stadthagen (Tadke)

We are interested in a classic single-family house with about 160 m² (1,722 sq ft).

We would appreciate any tips...

Thank you, but we have already been there, I had forgotten!

We have already looked at Fallingbostel, Hannover, Wuppertal, Erfurt, Stuttgart, Erfurt, and Bad Vilbel. However, this was done well before the detailed planning stage.

I have to say, out of all the developments, we liked Bad Vilbel the most. There were many exhibitors. Fallingbostel is interesting if you can imagine building with Viebrockhaus.

We will start building in the next few weeks (also in Lower Saxony) and have visited many model home parks in Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia beforehand.

You have already been to the Viebrockhaus park in Bad Fallingbostel; they also have a smaller park in Horneburg where their promotional house V1 is on display. Nearby is the model home park of the company Blohm, with which we will soon be building our house.

Blohm recently opened a new model home in Harsefeld, which has almost the same floor plan as our future house and might be of interest to you: 154m² (1,657 sq ft), gable roof with a high knee wall. Look it up online, Link was removed by the mod

Near Harsefeld, there is Dollern, where you can find 3 show homes by the company Schlüter Bauregie. Just do a quick search online.
