Once the glass wool gets wet, even after drying out, it will never have exactly the same thermal conductivity (lambda value) as it did after manufacturing. Whether this is critical in your case is something you will need to decide.

It’s rock wool installed between the garage ceiling and the house wall, since the garage is not insulated. This was done by the shell builder. The house is not insulated yet.
So it definitely needs to be taken outside for drying anyway. From what I understand, something like this has to be replaced. Don’t you have a construction supervisor?
