Hello, we have had a Vaillant gas boiler for 15 years and are generally satisfied. Above all, the service from Vaillant is reliable and problems are usually addressed fairly quickly.
Now we are planning to install a ground source heat pump (deep drilling). We would prefer to stay with Vaillant simply because we have been happy with their service so far. However, the installer recommends Bosch.
We have a) no experience with Bosch (service, reliability, etc.) and b) especially none with Bosch ground source heat pumps.
Please share your experiences with ground source heat pumps from both manufacturers.
