Hello,

While looking for a heating and ventilation system, I came across the LWZ solutions from Stiebel Eltron and still have the following questions:

1. Is such a combined unit generally recommended? What disadvantages or risks are associated with it?
2. Would the WLZ 304 be sufficient for a KfW 70 semi-detached house with approximately 125 m² (1350 sq ft) of living space? Is it worth considering a 4-row or 5-row heat exchanger?
3. What is the difference between the Integral and Trend versions?
4. Is humidity or CO2 control possible, or does the system operate without sensor-based regulation?
5. In case of a malfunction, can such a replacement unit easily be installed again in the utility room?
6. How about maintenance, repair, and operating costs?
7. How loud is the system in the basement and in the garden (exhaust/supply air)?
8. What is the cost of the complete package, including installation and commissioning?
9. What alternatives could be considered here?

Sorry for the many questions 🙂

Thanks in advance!
