I was more inclined to try to remove this item from the contract and replace it with the usual wording "to be carried out by the builder." That way, the company can still say they undergo inspections, but I have the security of being the direct client, which ensures objectivity (of course, then it won’t be TÜV).

The TÜV carries out the final inspection when there is no regular site supervision from the construction manager. These are two completely different things.

And by the way, please avoid full quotes when replying directly.

The builder's warranty advertises a 5-step inspection by TÜV. This is probably more than just a final building acceptance. Whether it is as comprehensive as a construction supervision service commissioned by the homeowner remains questionable.
In principle, or at least it seems that way, this reflects well on the builder.

Then feed Aunt Gurgle with the following phrase "Independent Expert Münsterland" and you will find plenty of entries. From private providers to expert directories or expert navigation services from the Chamber of Crafts Münster, up to the well-known associations.

However, you will need to check yourself if any of them offer what you are looking for 😉
