Hello,
we are currently looking for ideas for a light fixture in the hallway on the first floor. I am attaching two pictures. The ceiling height at the power outlet is about 3.3 meters (11 feet).
So far, we have mainly considered pendant lights, but due to COVID-19, visiting lighting stores has been difficult. The fixture should be modern and timeless, a real eye-catcher, but above all, it should not cause glare when looking in or upwards. Preferably LED-based, of course.
Do you have any suggestions?
Good luck, fab101

We have a nice pendant light in the hallway’s open space. But as mentioned before, it’s a matter of personal taste. Some have a glass globe, others a budget paper lantern. Then there are large ones and small ones, modern styles or Moroccan-inspired... Single-bulb or triple-bulb... it really depends on what each person prefers or can afford. In the end, you hardly pay attention to it later anyway 😉

Hi,
thank you very much so far for all your ideas! I am reviewing them all, and they really help to get some orientation.
Of course, choosing a light fixture is always quite subjective and a matter of personal taste. Still, your suggestions are very helpful for inspiration.
I will give myself a bit more time before making a decision...
Good luck, fab
