I am using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9. The 3D viewer addon is installed, but when the kitchen planner starts, no room is displayed, and the navigation buttons are missing. The furniture selection on the left column is also not visible.
Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

Try the updates – until now, I only knew that it doesn't work for Mac users...
