ᐅ Kitchen planner is not working

Hello,

I am using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9. The 3D viewer addon is installed, but when the kitchen planner starts, no room is displayed, and the navigation buttons are missing. The furniture selection on the left column is also not visible.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

I have used several versions of Firefox already – always the same issue.
Could it be that the 64-bit version is causing the problem?

I can’t explain it either, but it’s not your setup... I also use Windows 7 64-bit and Firefox, and it runs perfectly fine for me...

@Elvis: Which version of Firefox are you using? What graphics card do you have?

Aside from my issue, the following drawbacks make me lean towards SketchUp:

- Image in the browser is far too small
- No export functions (or are there any?) and therefore no possibility to expand with other furniture

Hmm, I have an AMD graphics card 5750 – I’ll update the graphics stuff (drivers, DirectX, etc.) then.
