ᐅ Unable to place kitchen order

Hello everyone,
About four weeks ago, we started considering buying an IKEA kitchen.
The measurements were taken, and the planning was done at the Swedish house with the help of very friendly staff.
Unfortunately, the kitchen still cannot be ordered because the software interface between the countertop program and the order processing system is not working. We have been waiting for about 8 days for a message that the software issue has been fixed.
According to an employee, this problem affects the whole country. That means no complete orders can be accepted.
Strange, isn’t it??? I would of course like to take advantage of the 10% discount for Family Card holders. But the kitchen has to be paid for by 15.09, which of course is not possible without an order.
Has anyone heard about this problem?

A very kind staff member helped me. But we also paid close attention to the details. When the glass cabinets are lit up in the evening, it already feels like Christmas. It gets really cozy and looks very stylish.
The highlight is the red tile backsplash. It matches perfectly with the cream-colored fronts. So far, all my friends have been impressed and a bit jealous! 🙂 Well, the entire renovation—including replacing the windows and sliding door, plastering the walls, renewing the electrical wiring, relocating the gas connection, and applying marble plaster wall finishes—took a total of 2 months. But it was definitely worth it!
I will soon visit my local Ikea store in Saarlouis and make sure to personally thank the staff there.

P.S. What pleasantly surprised me was a call informing me that I had a credit of 6 euros due to exchanging a wall cabinet, and that the amount would be transferred to me without delay. A sign of very proper handling of billing. Kudos!
