Hello,
on our construction site, there are several birch trees that can only be cut down with a permit.
Our question is whether we can include the reason for the tree removal permit as the house construction and the building of a garage on the spot where the trees are located, or if it is also possible to apply for the permit based on the poor condition of the trees and the significant shading they cause for our future house.
Are there differences in replacement requirements (in terms of costs) or in replanting measures depending on the reason given for the tree removal permit?
Who has experience with this? Which justification and the resulting measures would be practical and involve the least effort/cost for us?
Our project is located in Berlin-Rudow.
Best regards
paulino

The question for us is whether we should include the construction of the house and the building of a garage at the location where the trees grow as justification for the tree removal permit, or if it is also possible to apply for the permit based on the poor condition of the trees and heavy shading affecting our future house.
