Hello everyone here.
We are planning to build soon and are gathering information about prefabricated houses and others. I would like to know if this offer represents a fair price and if anyone knows this company or even has experience with them. What should I expect with an offer like this?

You would need a bit more information here, such as the scope of work description, etc. It’s hard to say much with so little detail. It sounds pretty good overall, but the last time I heard something like this, I had a quote from Nordlicht Massivhaus in hand. And today, I’m really glad we didn’t go with them.
It’s quite affordable, but that also depends on what exactly “turnkey” means in this context.
