Hello everyone here.

We are planning to build soon and are gathering information about prefabricated houses and others. I would like to know if this offer represents a fair price and if anyone knows this company or even has experience with them. What should I expect with an offer like this?

[B]Climate Ceiling

Heating and cooling in one system!

Healthy warmth that reaches you.

This heating system is based on the world’s most natural source of heat, the sun. Like the sun, the Lechner Massivhaus climate ceiling uses radiant heat, where the air is not warmed but the bodies absorb the long-wave rays directly and convert them into heat energy.

I would appreciate your feedback.

Hi,

the price is reasonable, but it depends on where you want to build. Usually, the land itself is a significant part of the overall cost.

Also, the basement is included, so in that regard, this is a fairly typical price and certainly not a bargain.

Thank you for the response. We already have a plot of land in view.
This house costs about 187,000 euros with a basement.
How much would a traditional house construction cost me approximately for a house like this... around 145 m² (1,560 sq ft)? Can I roughly say that?

How much would a conventional house build approximately cost for a house like this... around 145 square meters (1,560 square feet), is that about right?

Hello, we built south of Munich and our house is roughly the size of yours, but it was significantly more expensive at 250,000 euros. For us, the land itself was already very costly, which probably made the difference.

All the best to you

We will also be building south of Munich. The plot costs 100,000 euros.

Did you pay 250,000 euros including everything for your house?

Yes, everything was included, but the plot is really tiny. Your house wouldn’t fit on it at all. Also, it’s not a detached house but a terraced house (row house).
The garden is only 100 sqm (1,076 sq ft), which was actually fine for me because I don’t have much time to spend on gardening.

Best regards, Strom
