I am planning a prefabricated house but need to save money, for example on the terrace.
Is it possible to add a terrace roof later on? It could of course be a more affordable option.
Can such a roof be attached to the exterior wall of a prefabricated house?

Even with solid construction, roofs are not simply hung on the wall; usually, you would connect to the intermediate ceiling structure.
