ᐅ Is a cleanout or inspection chamber necessary for our build?

Hello,

On Saturday, we will be installing the rainwater and wastewater pipes outside.

Attached are the approximate positions of the pipe runs.

Floor plan of a house: living room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and terrace with measurements.

My main concern is with the wastewater pipe—whether I should install a maintenance shaft somewhere along the line. The pipe length from the bathroom is about 14m (46 feet) and from the utility room about 10m (33 feet). If a shaft is installed, it would probably be best near the bathroom. According to the experts, it’s possible to do without one at this length, but it’s not absolutely necessary.

Checking with the neighbors hasn’t been very helpful so far. Only two have started work. One has two shafts, but their pipe runs are significantly longer. The other is working alongside me on Saturday and is skipping a shaft with a similar pipe length because he says any problems can be addressed at the connection shaft since it’s not far away. So far, this is not really representative.

What do you think in my case? Necessary? Not necessary but advisable? Not needed since the connection shaft is nearby?

Thanks for the tip, but our development plan is very straightforward, with no restrictions except a ban on renting out. Here, you can do pretty much whatever you want. It makes the whole process really relaxed compared to the regulations in the neighboring building area.
