ᐅ Add an additional drawer afterward

Hello,
I have the following question:
In my kitchen, there are three base cabinets with two 20cm (8 inches) Maximer drawers on top and one 40cm (16 inches) Maximer drawer at the bottom, similar to this one but in 80cm (31.5 inches) and 60cm (24 inches) widths:

Black drawer cabinet with three grey drawers; two smaller ones on top, one larger one below.

The top two drawers are medium height, and the bottom drawer is tall height.
I would like to add another drawer without a front above the bottom drawer (and thus below the middle drawer), which would then be located behind the upper part of the lower 40cm (16 inches) front. Is that possible? And if so, which drawer should I buy from Ikea?

Best regards,

... and if necessary, you can drill a few holes.

Thanks for the answers.
I just realized that I even installed a medium Maximera pull-out drawer in a tall cabinet. I could remove it and install it in the base cabinet. That way, I can test everything without having to buy the pull-out drawer right away. I will definitely share the results here.
