ᐅ IKEA PAX Sliding Door – Are the Track Stoppers Working Properly or Damaged?

I wanted to completely remove the soft-close dampers.

While doing so, I noticed that the stoppers (see 128866 on page 6) do not have tabs on the inside, which allows the door to be pushed further closed compared to the original stoppers.

If you look closely, there are some notches visible – are these intended break points? I couldn’t find any instructions indicating that these should be broken off!

Can anyone help me with this?

I am sure that nothing should be broken off there, otherwise the stopper won’t work properly. However, one of the teeth on one of the stoppers has broken off.
Is it possible to get these stoppers as spare parts from Ikea or somewhere else?

You should be able to get it from customer service using the specified part number.
