ᐅ Oven Ikea Kulinarisk with pyrolytic self-cleaning

I used the pyrolytic cleaning function at Kulinarisk for the first time. According to the instructions, I removed all loose parts, but the sliding rails and telescopic rails were still inside (couldn’t be removed?). Now the metal on the rails looks dull and they don’t “roll” as smoothly when pulled out. Did I do something wrong?
