Hello everyone,
I need some advice...
In our new build, I want to install 5mm (0.2 inch) thick vinyl flooring, and there are screed measurement points installed in every room.
Do I need to seal these? If yes, with what material? The screed is concrete.
Attached is a picture, and thank you very much for your help.

With very thin vinyl, it does make sense, but such a tiny opening doesn’t require extreme stability. The most important thing is that the surface is smooth in the end. Therefore, tile adhesive, homemade concrete, etc., are all suitable.
It also doesn’t make sense to buy a full bag of screed concrete if only about 10 milliliters (0.34 fluid ounces) will be used to fill a small gap.
