ᐅ How strictly must a developer adhere to the site plan?

Before purchasing the house, we received a site plan showing certain items marked for “demolition.” How strictly is the developer required to follow this?

You can barely see anything (even though it’s zoomed in) and can’t make out any details—except that the presentation might lead an experienced reader to suspect it could be a project by one of the usual community property management suspects. Who submits a site plan to whom, and what would we be able to recognize if you had understood the user manual of your smartphone?

I always say the language of the architect is the plan.

Unfortunately, yours is not. I don’t understand a thing.

Has the plan become part of the contract?

What is contractually regulated? The term "demolition" in the site plan does not specify who is responsible for the demolition...
