Who submits a site plan to whom, and what would we be able to recognize if you had understood the user manual of your smartphone?

I always say the language of the architect is the plan.

Has the plan become part of the contract?

What is contractually regulated? The term "demolition" in the site plan does not specify who is responsible for the demolition...
