Good morning,
I am planning to build a duplex for rental purposes.
I own the land and a 1/2 co-ownership share of the driveway with an existing paved turning area.
For the two halves of the duplex, I would like to include one garage, one parking space, and a storage room each.
There is already a plan for a single-family house, see the file "2 original input planning single-family house with contour lines."
The future possibility of building another driveway from the turning area towards the southeast along the property boundary should not be blocked by the garages.
In general, I want to provide tenants with easy access. I think the corner in the northwest is suitable for this.
The problem is, I don’t know the most cost-effective way to position this on the property.
I appreciate suggestions and feedback.
Best regards!

hanghaus20233 Apr 2026 16:28That makes me happy. The tool sheds can each be up to 4.5 m (15 feet) wide right up to the boundary, depending on the state. If you have enough space and permission, I would move the house slightly to the right.

It depends on the federal state. Now, @lalala-lalala, you should provide a specific statement about the federal state so that @hanghaus can plan more accurately or be more precise.
