I am planning to build a duplex for rental purposes.
I own the land and a 1/2 co-ownership share of the driveway with an existing paved turning area.
For the two halves of the duplex, I would like to include one garage, one parking space, and a storage room each.
There is already a plan for a single-family house, see the file "2 original input planning single-family house with contour lines."
The future possibility of building another driveway from the turning area towards the southeast along the property boundary should not be blocked by the garages.
In general, I want to provide tenants with easy access. I think the corner in the northwest is suitable for this.
The problem is, I don’t know the most cost-effective way to position this on the property.
I appreciate suggestions and feedback.
Best regards!

What kind of cross-building is that, standing “in the way”?
Where does the property boundary end?
I don’t find the house placement on the lot sensible at all. If it is as it appears, the common mistake has been made again: pushing the house into the corner to maximize garden space, and then having to deal with daily challenges around the entrance area and parking spaces.

lalala-lalala3 Apr 2026 10:49Hello,
The transverse building is a proposal for the placement of garages and parking spaces. Currently, it is a meadow. Since it is an outdoor area, the house must be planned adjacent to it for the building permit / planning permission.
Best regards

Is there an aerial photo of the entire property and the surroundings? Approximately a 100m (330 feet) radius around the house.
