Based on experience, which materials and finishes are particularly durable and safe? And how can I prevent the cabinets from tipping over or sliding during play? Regarding tip-over protection: wall anchoring is mandatory. It is better to secure at multiple points. Place heavy items in the lower drawers. For external surfaces, use corner and edge protectors that can be glued on. These are inexpensive and help prevent injuries during play.
