Hello,
Almost two years ago, we decided to stop using wallpaper on our walls and only apply textured plaster. However, we have now noticed that retro colors and wallpaper are becoming popular again, which frustrates us and makes us regret our decision. So, what can we do to make our walls suitable for wallpaper again? How can we get them smooth once more?

If the plaster is not too uneven, you can try sanding it down. However, I can tell you right away that it will definitely be a huge mess. The fine dust settles everywhere and it takes weeks for the home to be clean and dust-free again. Therefore, you should always carefully consider whether it’s worth starting at all.
