Hello everyone, I have several Ikea Pax wardrobes at home and am looking for ways to make them childproof. The goal is to secure the wardrobes so that young children cannot access contents that are dangerous or unsuitable for them, while at the same time not compromising the stability and functionality of the wardrobes. I’m interested in practical, proven solutions you know of—sliding locks, internal latches, special child safety devices, or other modifications. Are there also experiences with safely anchoring them to prevent tipping? Which products or methods have proven particularly effective in practice? I will likely use a combination of magnetic catches for the sliding door cabinet and internal bolts for the hinged doors. The cabinets will be securely fastened to the wall with appropriate wall plugs, and I will also check the handles for any climbing appeal.
