I completed building my house last May.
So far, everything is fine. However, I am a bit concerned about the electricity consumption of my air-to-water heat pump. My installer told me that the consumption for the first year is normal since the masonry is still damp. But somehow, I don’t quite believe that. Therefore, I wanted to ask you if you still find the consumption normal.
About the house:
Living area 170 sqm (1830 sq ft) + 80 sqm (860 sq ft) basement. Fully equipped with underfloor heating. However, the basement is not heated.
Central ventilation system with heat recovery from Vallox.
KfW 70 standard.
Calculated energy demand: 50.7 kWh/sqm (16,230 kWh/1,000 sq ft).
Heating system:
Mitsubishi Zubadan 11.2 kW without electric heating element.
Multifunction water storage tank from Zeeh, 840 liters (222 gallons).
Settings:
Domestic hot water: 50°C (122°F)
Flow temperature: 23.9°C (75°F)
Return circulation temperature: 38°C (100°F)
Normal room temperature: 21°C (70°F)
Night setback: 18°C (64°F)
Heating curve:
Slope: 0.30
Max flow temperature: 45°C (113°F)
Min flow temperature: 15°C (59°F)
Control: outdoor temperature
Room temperature regulation individually. Average temperature 21°C (70°F). About 22.5°C (72.5°F) in the bathroom.
Electricity consumption of the air-to-water heat pump (separate meter)
July: 122 kWh
August: 128 kWh
September: 347 kWh
October: 808 kWh
November: 1000 kWh
December: 1019 kWh
January: 1530 kWh
February: 1274 kWh
March: 1246 kWh
April: 738 kWh
This results in an annual consumption of about 9000 kWh. That seems quite high to me.

9000 kWh (not kW/h) output or actual electricity consumption?
The setup seems unfavorable... without knowing the system. 11.2 kW is quite a lot; what is the 800-liter (211-gallon) storage tank used for? I assume it needs to be kept warm constantly.
Try lowering the hot water temperature to 46°C (115°F) and turn off the heating element.
