Our family has reserved a plot of land, and we are now considering how to position the townhouse with a carport or garage for one car on the site. The plot is 718 m² (7730 sq ft) and is marked as number 78 in the picture.
The house is planned to have 160-170 m² (1722-1829 sq ft) of living space and two full stories.

What is the best way to position the house? The family consists of two adults and two children (ages 3 and 1).
Thank you very much for your advice!

You can only comment on this after attaching the legally binding zoning plan with the textual stipulations instead of the detailed development plan for the site infrastructure.

By the way, image files such as jpg files are generally easier to view on mobile devices than pdf files.

... and exact measurements would be very helpful, so that you don’t have to calculate based on the square meter area, which is not possible without a length measurement.
If the plots on the left side of the plan are 20 meters (65 feet) deep, then only the larger area remains, meaning the western side of the plot.

There are already 6 corners – at the bottom left, a straight line that is 4 meters long (13 feet).
