Hello dear forum members,

we have finally signed the long-awaited construction contract and hope that building can start soon.
We would like to make a small redesign in our house, but we simply don’t know how. We have tried rearranging and moving things around but haven’t found a good solution yet.
Unfortunately, the meeting with the planner is still some time away, so I am hoping for your creative ideas.
The "problem" is that we would like to add a walk-in closet in the master area. On the left side, a (small) bathroom must remain according to the plan.
We want to include, besides 4 rooms, a small shower bathroom, a larger bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a walk-in closet in the master area (next to the shower bathroom). The walk-in closet shown on the plan is intended to become a 3rd child’s room. By the way, the knee wall has been raised to 1.25 m (4 feet) and the roof pitch changed to 35 degrees.

Maybe you have tips and/or ideas? I would really appreciate that.

Best regards

I would skip the shower bathroom.

The large bathroom will become child 3’s bathroom.
Divide the hallway between child 2 and 3. This way, the three children’s bedrooms will be fairly equal in size.
The dressing room will become the family bathroom.
