we have about 180 m³ (235 cubic yards) of excess excavated soil. The costs for disposal are quite high. Are there any recommendations for platforms or similar where soil can be given away for free? For example, classified ads websites or similar—are these good places to find takers?

Just try googling restricted installation Z 1.2.
If there isn’t a large construction project nearby where they still need material for backfilling, I don’t see many chances. Better to have it disposed of and be done with it. Hopefully, you have already factored the costs into your budget.
